Venue Information
Sands Expo and Convention Centre at Marina Bay Sands is Singapore’s newest and largest conference venue, centrally located in the heart of the Central Business District. With 120,000 square metres of flexible event space, it hosts up to 45,000 delegates, supports 2,000 exhibition booths, and features Southeast Asia’s largest ballroom for up to 11,000 guests.
Ideal for high-profile MICE events—from global conventions to trade shows—the venue offers 250 configurable meeting rooms and seamless access to world-class dining, shopping, entertainment, and luxury accommodation, all under one roof.
A sustainability leader, Sands Expo and Convention Centre is Asia Pacific’s first LEED Platinum-certified meetings venue and holds ISO 20121 certification. It also pioneered the adoption of Singapore’s MICE sustainability guidelines.
Conference Venue
The conference will be held at the Roselle-Simpor Ballroom, Level 4, Sands Expo and Convention Centre, 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956.
Accessibility
Access by Car
Drivers should access the car park via the road “Bayfront Link” (see map). There are a total of 03 Car Parking Zones: South (preferred for Convention Centre), Central and North.
Cars will be parked at the South, Central or North Car park zone either at Basement 3 or Basement 4.
- From the carpark, take the lift or escalators up to Level 1 of the retail mall.
- On Level 1, walk towards the main entrance of the retail mall where the retail shop “Chanel” is.
- Turn right after Chanel and the Sands Expo and Convention Centre will be straight up ahead.

Access by Public Bus or Taxi
Public Buses (97 / 97e / 106 / 133 / 502 / 502A / 518 / 518A / 666 / 671 – 673 / 675 – 678) and taxis stop in front of the Sands Expo and Convention Centre (Bus Stop IDs. 03511 and 03519).
- Walk into the Convention Centre and keep walking straight.
- Look out for Hall A on the left hand side, after Hall A there will be a guest lift, after guest lift there will be a long escalator (in front of Origins & Bloom) which leads to all the Ballrooms (Level 3, 4 and 5).
Access by MRT (Train)
- Nearest MRT station: Bayfront (180 meter, 2 minutes walk from station).
- Exits C, D and E connect to Basement 2M of Marina Bay Sands. Use Exit D or E for Sands Expo and Convention Centre.
