Abstract Submission GUIDELINEs
Details about abstract submission requirements
- Each author may only submit ONE abstract – the submitting author will be the presenter by default.
- Submitted abstracts must fall under one of the four thematic categories, and be based on original research by the author.
- Abstracts must be prepared in English using the given Word template, and follow the guidelines specified in the template on formatting and structure.
- Abstracts must not exceed ONE page in A4 size (210 mm × 297 mm) and be uploaded in PDF format – authors are responsible for the appearance of their abstract after exporting to PDF.
- Only abstracts submitted via the online submission portal before the submission deadline will be accepted.
- An acknowledgement email will be sent within 24 hours to the submitting author’s registered email address upon successful submission. Please contact the Conference Secretariat, Ms Sabi Cheng at ssc_secretariat@events-sp.com if you do not receive an email acknowledgement.
- Authors are allowed ONE revision to their abstract submission before review. No further revision will be considered once the Scientific Committee has made a decision on the submitted abstract.
- Submitted abstracts are deemed to have received consent from all authors for their submission, publication in the abstract booklet, and presentation at the conference.
- Authors are responsible for data confidentiality, ownership and sensitivity considerations for public sharing at this conference.
- The Organiser reserves the right to cancel presentations, reject and remove abstracts that are found to be problematic in nature (e.g. duplicated, unoriginal, falsely attributed etc.), or in case of any dispute.
Notification
Notification of results
- Authors will be notified via email about the outcome of their abstract submission, their presentation format (Oral or Poster), and thematic category.
- Registration for the Conference is mandatory for all presenters with accepted abstracts. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel a presentation and remove the corresponding abstract if registration is not completed by 7 November 2025.
- All decisions made by the Scientific Committee regarding acceptance, presentation type, and category are final.
