Promotional Fares on Singapore Airlines – Terms & Conditions
Applicable Travellers
The promotional fare is only valid for registered attendees of the Singapore Scientific Conference 2025.
Travel Period and Destinations
- Bookings must be made by 8 December 2025 for travel between 24 November 2025 and 25 December 2025.
- The promotional code is valid only for flights to/from Singapore for selected outbound cities and/or specified airports.
Fare Group
- The promotional code is applicable for all SQ outbound and inbound flights.
- The promotional code is only applicable for Standard and Flexi fare families for economy, premium economy, and business class seats.
Using the Promotional Code
- The promotional code must be applied at the time of booking, and tickets must be purchased through the official booking website: https://www.singaporeair.com/
- The promotional code is not applicable to tickets that have already been purchased.
- The promotional code is not available in case you choose to make flight changes. In some cases, you may be required to pay an additional fare for newly selected flights.
Others
- Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they hold all valid travel documents (e.g. passport with minimum of 6 months validity period, valid travel visas and permits) and comply with the entry, exit, transit or other travel requirements from their originating countries to Singapore as well as all other countries en route to Singapore.
- Travellers are responsible for purchasing and paying for their own travel and/or flight insurance, excess baggage, preferred seats, add-ons, itinerary charges, and all other direct and indirect airline charges.
- The Organising Committee will not be held responsible for costs or damages incurred from the implementation and use of the promotional code.
